This has been an exciting year for the entire The Crew Report team, from our inauguration just over a year ago, to growing the page count and editorial content by close to 100% in our first dozen issues, launching our on-line crew community Yotcru.com – and the momentum only continues to build! As always, our goal in 2008 is to offer our readers – the 45,000 captains and crew travelling and working on yachts all over the world – content of topical interest and value to every department from the wheelhouse to the deck, and the engine room to the galley. You’ll find many articles written by crew on subjects as diverse as project management to silver service, with exciting destination features and photographs. Of course, you can continue to expect coverage of yachting’s major events, people, and hot products. Join us as we continue to ride the wave in The Crew Report, and on Yotcru.com.Norma Trease |

The Crew Report is completely free of charge to receive and boasts a worldwide standard circulation of 20,000, with extra copies being printed for the major boat shows. In addition to its ever-growing subscription base of crew, it is also distributed to targeted crew locations around the globe. Copies are hand delivered to Superyachts at yachtie locations around the world and copies are available in major crew hangouts, marinas, ports, training facilities, management offices, yacht and charter shows, Internet cafés and bars. It is the essential read for any large-yacht crew or those wanting to keep up to date with crew issues. 2007 saw a slight change in the distribution strategy of The Crew Report. Formerly all Yacht Report readers automatically received their own complimentary copy of The Crew Report. We now request that they specifically ask for a copy, which not only ensures that all issues fall into interested and relevant hands but also frees up the much needed extra copies to cope with the high demand from other distribution outlets.
