Sunreef announces new superyacht project, Sunreef 92 Double Deck. The Sunreef in-house design team has developed a new project of a sailing superyacht – the Sunreef 92 Double Deck with sleek hulls and a streamlined deckhouse topped by a giant 40m2 flybridge inspired by large superyachts. The superyacht project is a product company’s in-house design team.
The design has an LOA of 27m, an 11.2m beam, 1.6m draft and an 80 tonne displacement. The ship will be powered by two 405 HP 12 000 L/3 170 Gal engines managaing a cruising speed of 15 knots.

According to the company Sunreef’s Naval Architecture Bureau has studied performance and sea capabilities using Computational Flow Dynamic (CFD) in collaboration with K-Epsilon and with Rivoyre Ingeniere, based in Sophia Antipolis, for Finite Elements Analysis for the structural calculation of the best optimisation of structural parts.
The Sunreef 2s DD Design features stepped hull chins, and canoe type boom and carbon mast. The yacht can accommodate from 6 to 10 guests in three to five double suites and can accommodate four crew. The two-floor owner suite is set to occupy the entire forward section of the yacht with a luxury private office, gym and leisure area on the main level and a bathroom with wardrobe and storage, below decks. All cabins have three way access to a king size bed with sea views and are equipped with separate bathroom and shower, wardrobe, lockers, a entertainment system and air conditioning.

The 70m2 cockpit includes a large dining table sunbathing mattresses, diving equipment with spacious flybridge fitted with Jacuzzi, two wet bars, two dining tables, coffee area, barbecue, ice makers, sun mattresses, two jet skis and a tender hidden in a purpose-built locker under the main sun pad in the cockpit.
